PROTESTANT CHAPLAIN (Grade XII) 1 post | He/she shall serve the Protestant campus community
through outreach, worship services and events, pastoral care and
counseling, community building and facilitation of other programmes
including officiating at official events. While
supporting and promoting the presence of a vibrant Protestant
community of diverse cultures, ethnicities, gender and socioeconomic
backgrounds, the position holder will also provide advice,
spiritual leadership, guidance and support to the Protestant student
clubs/groups as well as staff as required. He/she shall provide engaging trainings to student peer mentors and
others as may be requested and initiate and maintain outreach and

ASSISTANT REGISTRAR(DELETE) (Grade XII) 1 post | Reporting to the Deputy Dean of Students, the Assistant Registrar oversees the
day-to-day administration of the Directorate activities based on an
understanding of University policies and procedures. He/she is responsible for providing relevant information to students and other University departments and ensuring policies related to students’ welfare are enforced and proper records are maintained. The successful applicant shall be responsible for the coordination of
the administrative functions together with activities from the various
units under the Directorate. The position entails responsibility in
maintaining an up-to-date bursary database and in consultation
and guidance from the Associate Dean - Students Government and
Leadership, organization and management of students elections,
monitor the SATUK budget on a regular basis and bring to the
attention of the Deputy Dean of Students any issues for corrective
